Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting four torsion bars for suspension, NSN 2510-00-703-5900, with contractor first article testing. The contractor must test three units, submit a first article test report within 60 calendar days of contract date, provide advance shipment notice for government testing, and retain approved first article units as a manufacturing standard until production quantities are completed and accepted. The item is subject to technical and quality requirements, including a qualified products or manufacturers list, ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality standards, origin inspection and acceptance, export-controlled technical-data access requirements, CMMC Level 2 requirements, domestic-material restrictions, and specified military packaging and marking. The quotation must also include pricing for the first article test line item; if no separate price is provided, the government will assume there is no separate charge.
