Description
The United Nations Development Programme is procuring and delivering two full-height biometric turnstiles and three biometric speed gates for One UN House. The equipment must be new, complete units with integral readers, sensors, controllers, accessories, and mounting hardware; support biometric and applicable ID/card authentication; provide controlled pedestrian access, emergency release, anti-tailgating or safety features, and documented interfaces for future integration. Each unit must include at least a two-year warranty. The scope is limited to equipment supply and delivery. Installation, civil and electrical works, cabling, system integration, commissioning, training, and maintenance are excluded. Bidders must provide technical compliance information, manufacturer and model details, datasheets, interface and environmental specifications, warranty information, included accessories, recommended spare parts, manufacturer authorization or an established supply channel, and at least three relevant supply references. The quotation must remain valid for 120 days, and the stated delivery requirement is within one week after purchase-order issuance.
