Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a sources-sought request for information regarding annual subscription renewals for EP Evaluator Release 12 Clinical Laboratory Statistical Analysis commercial off-the-shelf software. The requirement covers eight base network license renewals and 24 additional-user license renewals for participating VISN 16 medical centers and outpatient clinic laboratories. Subscriptions must include full software functionality, technical and product support, upgrades, updates, historical data and saved-report access, recorded training, webinars, and online user assistance. The software must support clinical laboratory statistical analyses, including method comparison, assay performance, coagulation analysis, calibration verification, reference intervals, assay interference and bias evaluation, laboratory management, reporting, and specified Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute protocols. Renewal codes will be delivered electronically, while local government information-technology staff will handle installation. Contractor support must be provided remotely by telephone or email; the contractor may not access government networks, equipment, or personally identifiable or protected health information.
