Description
Ascension Parish Government is soliciting qualification statements from an experienced consultant or consultant team to serve as the prime Program Management Consultant for the Move Ascension Program. The Parish will manage the overall program, while the selected consultant will provide specialized project-level assistance in coordination with Parish staff and other stakeholders. The scope includes design oversight; right-of-way appraisal and acquisition support; utility coordination; environmental permitting; grant development and administration; and completion of Stage 0 checklists. Electronic submittals are permitted through Central Auction House, but six printed hard copies must also be submitted within 24 hours after the electronic proposal deadline. The Parish may disqualify entities not in good standing with the Louisiana Secretary of State or not authorized to do business in Louisiana.
