Description
Colquitt County School District is soliciting a single service provider for combined Internet access and WAN services. The scope includes dedicated Internet access at the district office, WAN circuits connecting the district office to schools and other facilities, static public IPv4 address blocks, and installation and initial configuration. Requested bandwidth ranges from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps, with circuits provisioned on facilities capable of supporting upgrades to 10 Gbps. Bidders must complete the provided pricing workbook for both 36-month and 60-month contract terms, separately identifying monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges. The workbook also requests optional renewal-period pricing, 10 Gbps upgrade pricing, optional redundancy or diverse-path pricing, customer references, exceptions, and bidder certifications. A single award will cover both Internet access and WAN services, and pricing will be evaluated together with price as the primary factor. Contracts may include two optional 12-month extensions, are contingent on E-Rate funding approval, and require compliance with applicable FCC, Georgia, and district procurement requirements.
