Millennium Challenge Account Sierra Leone is seeking eligible consulting firms and organizations to provide resettlement consulting services for Design Package 1 of the Transmission Backbone Project. The assignment includes an 18-month base period for project preparation and a six-month option period for implementation of a Resettlement Action Plan (RAP). Detailed requirements are contained in the Terms of Reference in Section V of the Request for Offers. The procurement will use a Quality- and Cost-Based Selection method. The opportunity is open to eligible consulting firms, including associations of firms, and the evaluation will include verification of qualifications and past performance, including reference checks. Offers must be submitted electronically in accordance with the Request for Offers instructions; the public notice does not provide the electronic submission address or the required proposal documents.
