The Société québécoise des infrastructures (SQI) is issuing a qualification call for the waterproofing and related work of the Quebec City Convention Centre's dock, located at 1000 Boulevard René-Lévesque Ouest, Quebec City, Quebec. The project aims to permanently resolve water infiltration issues affecting this strategic structure. The selected contractor will enter into a collaborative design-build contract, beginning with a validation phase to refine technical and financial parameters, followed by construction. The qualification phase will select up to three candidates to proceed to the proposal phase, where they will demonstrate collaborative skills and submit a proposal including a fixed price for the validation phase and a percentage for administration and profits.
