Description
The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board is seeking a Mexico-based contractor to provide in-country representation and commercial services under the direction of Air Service Development, Cargo, and Marketing and Communications staff. The scope includes passenger airline and travel-industry sales calls, corporate travel and travel-management-company outreach, cargo business development with freight forwarders and shippers, market intelligence, weekly and monthly activity reporting, trade shows, road shows, seminars, webinars, sponsorship recommendations, familiarization trips, and relationship development with airlines, airports, media, tourism organizations, and government officials throughout Mexico. The contractor must also execute business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing campaigns, social-media and e-newsletter activities, translation of collateral and media releases, media relations, graphic-design and printing support, event staffing, and government-relations liaison services. A dedicated team or team leader with at least five years of experience working with a similar-size airport is required. The contract term is five years with no renewal options. Pricing includes a monthly retainer and a reimbursable expense contingency of up to $150,000 per contract year; the pricing sheet shows a five-year contingency total of $750,000, while retainer pricing is to be proposed. The proposal must include technical, management, implementation, customer-service, experience, and pricing materials, along with the required electronic response forms and acknowledgments.
