Description
UNDP is procuring 80 plastic waste containers with a capacity of 1,100 litres and 80 waste bins with a capacity of 120 litres for Zelenikovo and Petrovec, plus 10 additional 1,100-litre containers for Chair. The containers and bins must meet the specified material, durability, design, wheel, lifting-system compatibility, and applicable standards requirements. The 120-litre bins and containers require a 12-month warranty. The supplier must deliver within 30 days after contract signature and provide local authorized service and technical support. The offer must include a brief company profile, company registration certificate, information on ongoing projects with UNDP and other national or multinational organizations, offer-validity confirmation, technical compliance information, delivery and warranty confirmations, and the required financial and declaration responses. The technical offer must include the completed technical compliance form and supporting documentation as requested; the financial offer must be entered in the system and the completed Annex 3 uploaded.
