Description
Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is establishing an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for construction services at Canadian Forces Base Shilo in Manitoba. The OCSL covers commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work with an estimated value of $10 million or less, for the period from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029. Contractors and suppliers must apply through MERX and indicate their preferred official language (English or French). Previous OCSL holders must re-apply. The OCSL will be used to invite bids on future construction tenders. Security requirements may include Designated Organization Screening (DOS) and Facility Security Clearance (FSC) up to SECRET level. Tenders may be set aside for Indigenous businesses under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business (PSIB).
