Description
This solicitation is for repair services for the Mini Mutes Program, specifically for three Regulator Assemblies (NSN: 6110-01-478-3509FD, PN: A26366-000). The services include testing, teardown, evaluation, and repair. The contractor is authorized to cannibalize components from two of the non-working units to attempt to restore at least one fully functional asset. All repairs must be performed in accordance with applicable military standards and specifications, including MIL-STD-2073-1 for packaging and MIL-STD-129 for marking. The contractor must also adhere to electrostatic discharge (ESD) control procedures. A Counterfeit Prevention Plan (CPP) is required, and all personnel involved in procurement must complete appropriate training. The contractor must also comply with cybersecurity requirements, including CMMC Level 2.
