Description
UNDP Philippines, in partnership with the City Government of Pasig Solid Waste Management Office, is procuring one complete turnkey integrated plastic processing and recycling system for the Innovation for Circular Economy Hub. The amended requirements include expanded sorting and material handling; sink-float washing and centrifugal drying; plastic extrusion, compression molding, and shredding; industrial ventilation and emergency-response equipment; industrial sewing machines; standard and large-format 3D printers; coconut decorticating equipment; centralized motor controls; complete electrical distribution and integration; and a mandatory 15,000-liter heavy-duty HDPE wastewater containment/storage tank with level gauge, piping, valves, supports, and installation. The contractor must supply, deliver unloaded to the Pasig ICE Hub, install, mechanically and electrically integrate, test, commission, and hand over the complete system. The bid must include three consecutive days of on-site practical training for 15 participants, technical and as-built documentation, a 36-month parts-and-labor warranty, preventive maintenance, spare-parts support, and Philippine-based after-sales service meeting specified response and resolution times. A single complete turnkey offer is required; partial bids and alternative bids are not permitted. The amended forms and requirements must be used, including the editable Excel Form H1, technical compliance materials, qualification and financial records, manufacturer or authorization documentation where applicable, local-service evidence, and bid security.
