Description
The NATO Communications and Information Agency intends to issue an RFQ for new Keysight and Juniper equipment supporting network visibility, monitoring, secure remote connectivity, traffic inspection, access control, and threat protection. The anticipated scope includes Keysight Vision One and Vision 400 packet brokers; Keysight IXTP-CU3 and Flex Tap II network TAPs; Juniper SRX1600 and SRX2300 firewall/VPN devices; and associated SFPs, fiber, Ethernet patch cables, and power cables. COTS and TEMPEST variants are contemplated, with models subject to updates as requirements evolve. Equipment must be new, free of defects, and covered by applicable warranty terms. Potential U.S. prime contractors must maintain an active U.S. facility, obtain approval for NATO Competitive Procurement participation, receive a Department of Commerce Declaration of Eligibility, and register with NCIA's Neo eProcurement tool. Incremental deliveries may occur in scheduled batches from contract award through March 2027. To request eligibility, firms must submit the one-time NCP application with a company resume or capability statement showing completed prime contracts and independently reviewed financial documentation.
