Description
Provincial Health Services Authority, for itself and as an agent, intends to procure a larger-capacity infant feed pasteurizer system for the Provincial Milk Bank. The system will replace an aging pasteurizer and support increased volumes of human donor milk. The Provincial Milk Bank operates four pasteurizers from the S90 or S180 model line. The existing facility footprint, utility connections, infrastructure, validated processes, staff training, maintenance practices, operational workflows, and replacement-parts inventory are configured for that platform. The procurement is intended to ensure compatibility with existing goods and specialized manufacturer-supported equipment rather than proceed through a competitive process. Vendors may submit a detailed written objection challenging the decision by the stated deadline.
