Metis Nation British Columbia (MNBC) is issuing a Request for Supplier Qualification to establish a roster of pre-qualified Development Consultants supporting current and future housing and mixed-use development projects across British Columbia. The roster is intended to identify firms with demonstrated technical expertise and the ability to transfer knowledge and build internal organizational capacity. Roster placement does not guarantee assignments; services may be engaged through task-specific scopes, secondary competitions, or direct awards at MNBC's discretion. The solicitation seeks development consulting and owner's representative capabilities, including due diligence, feasibility studies, funding strategy and applications, consultant and contractor procurement, project-team and design coordination, municipal and regulatory approvals, budget and pro forma management, risk and quality control, construction and close-out support, and capacity-building services. Respondents must provide relevant Canadian and British Columbia housing-development experience, project references, proposed personnel and subconsultants, methodology, fee structure, resumes, conflict-of-interest information, and the required response forms and qualification documentation.
