Description
The U.S. Army is seeking a contractor under a Total Small Business Set-Aside to provide brand-name Dale Carnegie Building a Stronger and More Cohesive Team training at Fort Drum, New York. The requirement is classified as vocational/technical education and professional and management development training. Offerors must provide all information requested in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Section L, Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors or Quoters, identified on Adobe page 21 of the solicitation. Amendment 0003 changed the submission method from the PIEE Solicitation Module to email. Quotes must be emailed to both designated points of contact. Amendment 0004 extends the quote deadline to September 21, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EDT; all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
