Description
The Canadian Department of National Defence is soliciting firm-price offers for multiple equipment line items supporting the MCM Diver Held Sonar Imaging and Navigation System for a Halifax-class system. The requirement includes diver positioning systems, subsea transponders and communication equipment, batteries, power cables and lanyards, a Doppler sonar speed-log system, mounting hardware, and Micro DNS transducers. Quantities range from 2 to 17 units per line item, with multiple delivery-code variants for CFB Halifax and CFB Esquimalt. Offerors must provide part numbers and NCAGEs for the items offered. Equivalent or substitute products require complete specifications, descriptive literature, technical compliance statements, and, where applicable, OEM confirmation. The offer package must include the Offeror Submission Details in both original Excel and PDF formats, the Offer Submission Form, and the Offeror Declaration Form. The procurement is subject to Canadian-content and reciprocal-procurement eligibility provisions, and the contract period is estimated at six months, extending through the warranty period.
