Submission Instructions
Description
The contractor will provide monthly pest control services, including the labor, supervision, transportation, chemicals, tools, and supplies needed to control or remove cockroaches, ants, silverfish, and other crawling insects. Additional services for rodents, termites, bees, biting insects, and flying insects must be quoted separately for agency review and approval before work begins. Services are scheduled by the relevant agency or department, and the contractor must submit a proposed work schedule for written approval. The contractor must be licensed in the U.S. Virgin Islands, and all work must be performed by certified, trained, and licensed pest control operators. The scope also sets requirements for pesticide use, food-handling areas, employee identification, facility security, and disposal of pesticide-related materials.
