Gwinnett County Department of Parks and Recreation is soliciting competitive quotes for a complete sound and audiovisual system for the Community Room at Lenora Park Community Recreation Center. The scope includes furnishing, delivering, installing, designing, programming, and providing staff training for the system; no existing equipment requires removal. The requested equipment includes ceiling speakers, amplifiers, Bluetooth interfaces and pairing controls, an audio zone mixer, microphone systems and accessories, a wall rack and storage drawer, projectors, rolling projector carts, and motorized projection screens. Approved equivalents may be proposed, subject to the County's determination that they meet or exceed the specified quality. The quote must include all labor, materials, delivery, installation, design/programming, and training costs. The supplier must have low-voltage licensure and provide at least three references for similar projects completed within the past five years. The solicitation's addendum postponed the original quote deadline indefinitely; a new deadline will be announced in a future addendum.
