Description
The Alabama Department of Corrections is requesting service to repair an inoperable Smiths Detection 5030si package scanner. The scope includes estimated labor, travel mileage, a reconditioned Si-Prox PC, a reconditioned PCBA CIF 2.1, shipping if applicable, and additional parts or supplies as needed. The scanner reportedly has no response when the key is turned; emergency stops and power have been checked. The purchase order will be amended for actual costs as needed, invoices will be submitted in arrears, and award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest acceptable bidder meeting all specifications.
