Description
This presolicitation concerns repairs to Road 107 in Olympic National Park at mileposts 0.3 to 0.5 and 0.8. The work includes bank stabilization; Class 4 and Class 5 placed riprap; engineered log jams with dolosse; root wads, boulders, and coarse woody debris; temporary stream diversion; soil erosion and sediment controls; revegetation and planting; temporary traffic control; construction surveying, quality control, sampling, testing, and scheduling. The project is approximately 0.12 miles long and has an estimated price range of $2,000,000 to $5,000,000. Preliminary plans identify two schedules, including textured precast dolosse for one schedule. The formal invitation for bids is expected to be issued in fall 2026 or winter 2027, with a tentative fixed completion date in fall 2027.
