Description
The City of Winnipeg is soliciting the financial submission for an organic waste processing services project. The scope includes designing, permitting, constructing, operating, maintaining, and handing over an organic waste processing facility on a city-owned site. The successful proponent is expected to enter into an organic waste processing services contract and a land lease agreement for development of the facility. At the expiry of both agreements, the facility will be transferred to the City. The technical submission is handled under a separate solicitation, number 810-2024B; this opportunity is for the financial submission under solicitation 810-2024C.
