Description
The Department of National Defence is procuring 19 self-propelled snowmobiles with four-stroke gasoline engines. Quantities are allocated across five Canadian Forces delivery points: two for CFB Greenwood, four for 17 Wing Winnipeg, three for 8 Wing Trenton, eight for CFB Goose Bay, and two for CFB Det Dundurn. Offers must provide the make and model and firm unit pricing for each destination. Delivery is duty paid under Incoterms 2020, with delivery dates to be specified in the resulting contract; the requested delivery date is 120 days after contract award. The procurement is restricted to businesses listed in the Indigenous Business Directory and meeting the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. The amendment replaces the Basis of Payment and confirms that all prices must be in Canadian dollars, include Canadian customs duties and excise taxes, and exclude applicable taxes, which must be shown separately. The requirement remains a competitive, lowest-price procurement for a seven-month estimated contract period.
