Description
The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is releasing a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) to accelerate the development, procurement, and integration of unmanned systems (UxS) capabilities for the Joint Force, Special Operations Forces (SOF), and allied SOF. NSWC is looking to award Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) contracts or Other Transaction Authority (OT) agreements for "UxS as a service" and First Person View (FPV) platforms. These systems should support mission effectiveness through a range of capabilities including platforms, payloads, Processing-Exploitation-Dissemination (PED), software, artificial intelligence (AI), communications, and Command and Control (C2) systems. The CSO will involve a multi-phased process including Solution Briefs, Demonstrations/Pitches, and Proposals, with potential awards for innovative technologies. Areas of interest include "UxS as a Service," FPV ISR Operations, and FPV Kinetic Operations, with detailed technical capabilities and business analysis requirements outlined.
