Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks an individual contractor to provide Greek-speaking gender expertise for implementation of an action plan supporting women's full, equal, and meaningful participation. Working as part of a bicommunal expert team, the consultant will provide technical support, facilitate stakeholder consultations, develop practical tools and recommendations, and contribute to communication and outreach activities. The assignment includes five civil society consultation workshops; communication and outreach content such as a brochure, infographics, visuals, flyers or factsheets, and a video script; organization and delivery of a final event; and preparation of a presentation and briefing materials for relevant stakeholders. The consultant must have relevant university-level education, at least five years of related experience, project coordination and stakeholder-engagement experience, fluency in English, mandatory knowledge of Greek, authorization to work in Cyprus, a valid driving license, and the ability to travel across Cyprus. The assignment is expected to require approximately 63 days over nine months, with work performed remotely except for on-site activities.
