Description
Aéroport de Québec inc. is purchasing one new, current-production multifunctional tractor for year-round airport grounds work, including heavy snow removal, road maintenance, brush clearing, and mowing on steep terrain. The tractor must meet detailed performance and engineering specifications, including a minimum 170-horsepower engine, reversible operator station, winter and summer tire sets, and operation in temperatures from -40°C to +40°C. Optional items are rustproofing, an automatic lubrication system, a telescopic-arm brush cutter, a snowplow, and an industrial snow blower. The supplier must deliver, install, and commission the equipment; provide at least four days of French-language operator and mechanic training; and provide warranty coverage, spare-parts availability, and ongoing French-language support. The proposal must include the completed offer presentation, compliance grid, bidder attestation, and price form. The offer presentation requests company and equipment information, references, a delivery schedule, training and warranty details, support-team information, and a recommended spare-parts list with unit prices.
