Description
UNDP is seeking expressions of interest from potential suppliers of biomass-related equipment and ancillary equipment for a supplier pool supporting an e-voucher grant financing window. The program is intended to support harvesters, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, and cooperatives participating in the biomass sector. No prices are requested at this stage, and submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee an invitation to the forthcoming solicitation. Respondents are asked to provide a company profile and a list of relevant equipment, company qualifications and experience, references or past projects, contact information, and specified eligibility and registration materials. The response also includes acknowledgment of the United Nations Supplier Code of Conduct. The solicitation document lists a valid company registration certificate, proof of tax and VAT registration, a recently dated banking-details confirmation letter, and confirmation of subsidiary focal persons where applicable. The supplier form and supporting documents are to be completed or provided through the supplier portal.
