Description
Ben's Ford Christian School is requesting proposals for Category One dedicated, symmetrical internet access delivered over fiber. Vendors must provide pricing for 250 Mbps, 500 Mbps, and 1 Gbps options, identify whether service is dedicated or shared, describe the transport technology and demarcation, and provide pricing for 10 consecutive static IPv4 addresses and available IPv6 support. The contract should permit bandwidth increases up to 5 Gbps during the contract term. Pricing must separately identify recurring, nonrecurring, installation, construction, equipment, taxes, fees, surcharges, and all eligible and ineligible components. Vendors may price the service with or without basic provider-supplied firewall functionality. Proposals must include a complete service description, terms and conditions, SPIN, references, implementation timeline, dependencies, and Appendix A cost tables. The selected provider must support 24/7/365 customer service, respond to outages within two hours, restore service within four hours, test and document circuit performance, and comply with applicable E-Rate requirements.
