Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a quotation for 42 cable assemblies, NSN 1640-01-321-3002, part number 8936289-50, for an aircraft application. The item is source-controlled and must be manufactured and tested in accordance with the cited limited-rights technical data; vendors must have access to the data or provide traceability to approved sources. The solicitation identifies approved sources including Loos & Co. Inc., Bergen Cable Technology, Inc., and Lockheed Martin Corp. The requirement includes origin inspection and acceptance, SAE AS9100 or equivalent quality-management compliance, export-controlled technical-data access through an approved Joint Certification Program certification, CMMC Level 2 certification, specified military packaging and marking, and delivery within 85 days after acknowledgment of the delivery order. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by September 18, 2026. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
