Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks an individual consultant to assess the existing electronic fare collection system used for public transportation, review its technical and contractual documentation and operating performance, and develop technical materials for a future procurement. The work includes updated system specifications for equipment and spare parts, maintenance, data-center or cloud solutions, interoperability, help-desk services, training, fare integration, service levels, risk management, and market engagement, as well as a supported cost estimate. The consultant will also provide technical support during preparation and review of procurement documents, respond to bidder questions, participate in an information meeting and evaluation activities, and prepare progress and final reports. The assignment is expected to last up to nine months, with remote work and two in-person visits. The proposal must include a completed offeror letter and annexes, along with identity, tax, education, and experience documentation.
