The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting a firm-fixed-price, five-year indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for generator engine AC units, NSN 2920-00-441-8137, U.S. Government part number 11655469. The anticipated quantity is 13 to 410 units, with an initial delivery-order quantity of 110 units and delivery required 240 days after receipt of order. The place of performance is the continental United States, with destination delivery. This is a sole-source requirement restricted to Honeywell, Inc., CAGE 64547, OEM part number 30B95-3-C. Offerors must provide traceability with their proposals. The requirement is export controlled, requires Joint Certification Program certification for access to technical data, and applies MIL-STD-1916. Vendors seeking approval as an alternate source must submit a Source Approval Request package containing the eight specified components, including a cover letter, manufacturing capabilities information, supplier/manufacturer statement, drawings, quality-system documentation, special-process and material information, a qualification test plan, and supporting OEM purchase-order and shipping documentation when applicable.
