Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 22 airframe roller bearings, NSN 3110-01-152-0473, part number A24391-002, for a critical application and source-controlled item. Approved sources include Moog Inc. and Rexnord Industries, Inc./Rexnord Industries, LLC, with the specified drawing, technical data package, and quality-assurance requirements. A Certificate of Quality Compliance is required, and the manufacturer’s inspection system must comply at minimum with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001 tailored to SAE AS9003 requirements. The bearings must satisfy domestic sourcing restrictions: they must be manufactured in the United States, its outlying areas, or Canada, and more than 50% of the bearing-component cost must be attributable to components manufactured in those locations. The solicitation also requires compliance with export-controlled technical-data access requirements, CMMC Level 2 requirements, DLA packaging and marking standards, and origin inspection and acceptance. Delivery is required 171 days after award, FOB origin, with shipment to DLA Distribution Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida.
