Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Mozambique seeks a supplier to provide and deliver 24 Community Early Warning Sensor Systems and 24 Community Alert Scales, including associated accessories, technical documentation, manuals in Portuguese or English, branding, packaging, transportation, and warranty support. The systems include solar-powered components, electronic cabinets, batteries, regulators, sensors, sirens, strobe lights, and galvanized steel alert-scale structures, as specified in the technical annex. The supplier must pass a pre-delivery inspection, correct any identified nonconformities at its own expense, and deliver six sensor systems and six alert scales to each designated INGD delegation serving Chimoio/Manica, Beira/Sofala, Lichinga/Niassa, and Nampula City/Nampula. The supplier must also conduct delivery-site counterchecking, provide a basic safety demonstration, obtain signed delivery notes, and provide one-year warranty coverage. Eligibility requirements include at least three years of relevant experience, three similar completed projects within the previous three years, and at least one comparable project completed in Mozambique.
