The Province of Alberta is establishing lists of Qualified Service Providers to deliver independent third-party assessment services for applicants to the Alberta Advantage Immigration Program's entrepreneur immigration streams. Applicants will select and contract directly with qualified providers; the Province will not contract directly or guarantee referrals, assignments, or work volumes. Providers may propose one or more categories: business plan evaluation and evaluation reports, net worth assessment and assessment reports, and special purpose reports. Services, pricing, timelines, and contractual arrangements must comply with the pre-qualification requirements and Qualified Service Provider Agreement. The estimated contract period is 35 months, with a proposed start date of January 1, 2027.
