Description
The Township of Little Egg Harbor is soliciting sealed bids for the FY2025 New Jersey Department of Transportation Municipal Aid Road Program project involving improvements to Atlantis Boulevard. The work includes roadway milling, grading, and paving; storm drainage improvements; driveway and curb reconstruction; soil erosion and sediment control; roadway striping; yard restoration; and all other work required by the contract documents. Bids must include a Statement of Consent of Surety and either a bid bond or certified check for at least 10% of the total bid price, with the certified check capped at $20,000. The successful bidder must provide performance and payment bonds for the full project amount and comply with applicable New Jersey public-work, prevailing-wage, contractor-registration, business-registration, affirmative-action, and equal-employment requirements.
