Description
The Public Service Commission of Canada requires evaluation services consulting support on an as-needed basis through task authorizations. The contractor will provide two senior, one intermediate, and one junior evaluation consultant resource to support the Internal Audit and Evaluation Directorate with evaluation engagements, performance information profiles, indicators, logic models, and strategic support for programs and initiatives. Work may be performed independently or collaboratively with PSC sectors and evaluation personnel. The requirement is limited to invited holders of the Government of Canada's E60ZT-18TSPS Task and Solutions Professional Services supply arrangement who qualify for Tier 1, the National Capital Region, and Stream 9.12. The estimated level of effort is 85 days for the senior lead, 10 days for a senior quality-assurance reviewer, 45 days for the intermediate consultant, and 20 days for the junior consultant. Corporate Designated Organization Screening and personnel Reliability Status security requirements apply, although the required clearance is not needed to submit a bid. The contract is expected to run for one year with one irrevocable one-year extension option.
