Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) seeks motorcycles and motorized cargo tricycles across four lots. The solicitation includes cargo tricycles with specified engine, load-capacity, and other technical requirements, as well as 125 cc motorcycles, including 2027 models. Quantities and specifications vary by lot; bidders must meet the minimum requirements and provide a technical data sheet with images, technical characteristics, and manufacturing information for each offered product. Warranty requirements are 12 months or 20,000 km for Lots 1–3 and at least 36 months for Lot 4. Bidders must submit the completed technical requirements list and financial offer, along with company profile and legal registration documentation, a formal anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing declaration, and evidence of relevant completed contracts. Experience evidence must meet the lot-specific thresholds and recency requirements; sustainability support documents are also required. The contract is for 60 calendar days, with delivery due within 25 calendar days after contract signature. Award is based on the lowest technically compliant price, and the buyer may award by lot to one or more suppliers.
