Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting repair services for 24 mechanism assemblies identified by NSN 1440-01-413-3910 and reference number 58A164D810-3. The contractor must receive and repair F-condition assets, report transactions in the Commercial Asset Visibility system within five regular business days of receipt, meet the contractually established repair turnaround times, obtain government inspection and acceptance, and provide a throughput constraint for each NSN. The solicitation also requires the contractor to identify the monthly repair capacity after initial delivery and supports unit pricing tied to negotiated turnaround times. The induction expiration date is 365 days after contract award, and assets received afterward may not be repaired without bilateral agreement with the NAVSUP WSS contracting officer. The procurement includes higher-level quality, inspection and acceptance, safeguarding of sensitive conventional arms, warranty, Buy American, and Wide Area Workflow payment requirements. Award is subject to applicable qualification requirements under FAR 52.209-1.
