Description
The Leffell School is soliciting Category One internet access proposals for two campuses: 2 Gbps service at each site, with fiber preferred and both dedicated and shared services considered. Vendors may propose equivalent alternatives or alternative bandwidth options that provide better value or performance. Special construction, where needed, must be itemized separately from recurring and installation charges. Proposals must identify service type and committed information rate, monthly recurring costs, installation or activation fees, special construction costs, contract-term options, service-level commitments, taxes and other charges, equipment rental, and separately stated static IP costs. Contracts should permit mid-contract bandwidth upgrades and voluntary multi-year extensions. Bidders must comply with E-Rate requirements, provide a contract or service agreement suitable for E-Rate filing, identify eligible and ineligible costs, provide actual pricing, and state whether SPI invoicing is available. Bids must be specific to the applicant and submitted as PDF email proposals; generic marketing materials and automated responses will not be considered valid bids.
