Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting 23 modulator assemblies, NSN 2920-15-027-3111, for non-aircraft military vehicle engine electrical systems. The approved manufacturer is Iveco Defence Vehicles S.p.A. (CAGE A4249), part number 5802018208. This is an unrestricted procurement using FAR Part 15 contracting-by-negotiation procedures; delivery is required within 180 days, FOB origin, with inspection and acceptance requirements to be stated in the RFP. The final award decision will consider price, past performance, and delivery. The solicitation will be available through DIBBS on or after September 21, 2026. Proposals may be uploaded through DIBBS, emailed subject to a 15 MB limit, or submitted by hard copy. The contracting officer may use an online reverse auction, and offerors agree that proposed prices may be publicly disclosed anonymously during the auction.
