Description
The State of Utah, in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing program, is re-soliciting the Walk-In Building Supplies portfolio, which expires on July 31, 2027. The resulting master agreement(s) will support convenience purchases at retail locations, with contract discounts provided to participating purchasing entities. The national cooperative contract may be used by participating states, cities, counties, and municipalities, while vendors offering less than national coverage may be considered for state-by-state awards. The RFP may result in multiple awards. Offerors that pass the 490-point technical criteria threshold and achieve the 600-point multiple-award threshold may receive an award. Vendors must guarantee their minimum percentage discount for the five-year contract term and submit proposals through the U3P platform (Bonfire).
