The Rhode Island Department of Administration, Division of Purchases is seeking vendors to participate in a Master Price Agreement for light and medium duty vehicles to satisfy the needs of all state agencies. This RFP will establish a pre-qualified list for potential future engagements, allowing vendors to submit competitive pricing through a mini-bid process for passenger and law enforcement vehicles on an as-needed basis. The state intends to make multiple awards based on the evaluation criteria and may elect not to purchase any vehicles. Vendors must be authorized dealers and service providers for the OEMs they propose and must offer a state concession discount amount or percentage off MSRP that will remain in effect for each model year cycle.
