Description
This commercial acquisition under the Logistic Cost Sharing program seeks the purchase, installation, and integration of DoD anti-ram-listed active vehicle barrier systems and associated Access Control Point control systems at the Morin and Main Gates of Osan Air Base. The work includes demolition, removal, and disposal of existing barriers; foundation, civil, and electrical site work; equipment installation; point-to-point wiring; and power integration. The contractor must also perform complex programmable logic controller reprogramming and system integration across gatehouses, overwatch booths, vehicle inspection centers, traffic lights, and communication enclosures. The completed system must provide synchronized, fail-safe access-control operation and maintain security functionality during normal operation and power loss. Detailed technical, execution, and commissioning requirements are contained in the attached Performance Work Statement.
