Description
Mybrary is seeking proposals for a bundled mobile broadband solution for its mobile bookmobile, including the equipment and services necessary to provide internet access in the rural and remote areas of Elko and Eureka Counties, Nevada. The solution may use mobile satellite or cellular broadband and must support up to 10 simultaneous users, approximately 40 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload or faster, a service radius of at least 100 feet around the bookmobile, data/video/web-conferencing, vehicle GPS, and vehicle security services. Proposals must include coverage documentation, all monthly recurring and non-recurring costs, equipment rental or purchase fees, 24x7x365 support, a network-management dashboard with device-location tracking and remote troubleshooting, and preferably CIPA-compliant filtering. Vendors must offer SPI billing, comply with applicable E-Rate and FCC supply-chain requirements, and provide lowest corresponding pricing. Pricing options are requested for a 36-month term and a 12-month term with two optional one-year renewals; services are needed effective July 1, 2027. Contracts should permit bandwidth increases, early termination without penalty, and no price increases during the term.
