Description
Fairview City Library is seeking technology-neutral bids for two Category One service requests: internet access and data transmission service, and Category One network equipment. Proposed capacity must range from 100 Mbps to 1 Gbps, with pricing requested in 50 Mbps increments. Installation and initial configuration are required. Bids must provide a complete breakdown of monthly recurring, non-recurring, installation, equipment, and other costs; identify eligible and ineligible funding components; describe the broadband technology or transmission mode; identify basic firewall or network security features and any equipment or special-construction costs; and include a Service Level Agreement. Vendors must hold a valid Service Provider Identification Number, be authorized to provide service in the applicable area, meet applicable regulatory or carrier certifications, and handle FCC Form 474 and Oklahoma Universal Service Fund filings. The resulting contract is contingent on E-Rate funding. Proposals may cover up to five years, with a one-year base plus four voluntary annual renewals preferred.
