Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is procuring one new H50/SD50 or equivalent rice-hulling machine for paddy rice, with a minimum stated capacity of 500 kg per hour and an electric motor. The machine must include the specified feed and discharge components, rubber hulling rollers, husk separation, transmission components, safety guard, and operating controls. The supplier must transport and unload the equipment, complete its mechanical installation, commission and functionally test it, and train the beneficiary’s designated users in operation and maintenance. The offer must include technical specifications and manufacturer literature, certificate of origin, proposed delivery schedule, warranty terms, similar-installation references, after-sales contact details, and an installation and commissioning plan. The minimum warranty is 12 months; spare parts must be available for at least three years after installation. The buyer evaluates for technical compliance, acceptance of contract terms, after-sales service, and the shortest delivery time, with award to the lowest-priced substantially compliant offer.
