Description
Sankofa Freedom Academy Charter School is seeking proposals for shared, asymmetrical Internet access for administration and staff, with bandwidth options of 1 Gbps or 2 Gbps and upload speeds identified by the bidder. The service includes a /29 static IP block with eight addresses, five usable, and installation and initial configuration. Bidders must complete the Internet Service Pricing Worksheet, provide separate monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges, identify assumptions and exceptions, and disclose any ineligible costs. Pricing is requested for 36-month and 60-month terms. The applicant has an existing Internet access agreement through June 30, 2029; offerors must complete the existing-agreement and termination-fee statement, including whether they are the incumbent and whether they will cover applicable early termination charges. Pricing must remain valid for at least 180 days, and the vendor must be authorized to provide the proposed service and comply with applicable E-Rate requirements.
