Description
The City of Woodbury is soliciting bids for a local roads improvement project involving milling approximately 4,825 square yards of existing road surface; installing approximately 700 tons of HMA 9.5M64 surface course, 2 inches thick; installing approximately 485 tons of HMA 19M64 base course, 4 inches thick; and installing approximately 800 linear feet of concrete curb, 310 square yards of concrete sidewalk, concrete driveway aprons, and concrete gutters. The project must be completed within 35 calendar days plus State holidays after the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must submit the standard proposal forms, bid security, a non-collusion affidavit, and a consent of surety for a maintenance bond. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond or letter of credit after award and comply with applicable New Jersey public works, prevailing wage, affirmative action, contractor registration, business registration, Buy American, and economically disadvantaged individual utilization requirements.
