Description
The University of Manitoba is requesting proposals from experienced artists to create a life-size bust of Dr. John Loxley, cast in bronze using the lost-wax process. The bust will be mounted on a granite pedestal and installed at Innovation Plaza. The stated project budget is CAD $30,000 before applicable taxes. Proposals are due by October 29, 2026, and must be emailed to the designated contact. The attached EOI and artist agreement are the complete solicitation package.
