Description
The NATO Communications and Information Agency intends to procure one complete X-band SATCOM RF-head solution, including an antenna at least 11 meters in diameter, a rigid non-inflatable radome, and tracking, transmitting, and receiving subsystems. The scope includes associated civil and electrical works, cabling and interfaces, installation, integration with the existing site infrastructure, testing, commissioning, and operational acceptance. Deliverables also include a service laptop, as-built and interface documentation, training, and transition-to-operations support. Potential U.S. prime contractors must have a professionally active U.S. facility, be approved for NATO Competitive Procurement, obtain a project-specific Declaration of Eligibility from the U.S. Department of Commerce, and register with NCIA's Neo eProcurement tool. The notice requests DOE applications by November 12, 2026; the solicitation distribution is planned for November 16, 2026, and bid closing is anticipated for January 18, 2027.
